Key Responsibilities * Conduct thorough evaluations for each patient, clearly explaining findings and crafting comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs. * Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services, ensuring each session is meticulously planned to enhance therapeutic effectiveness. * Employ evidence-based practices while integrating strength and conditioning techniques to promote patient recovery and long-term health. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. * Engage in continuous professional development through training and in-service programs to strengthen clinical expertise and improve patient care. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to coordinate integrated care for patients. Patient Population / Client Focus As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with active adults recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. You will be implementing rehabilitation plans that not only address immediate recovery goals but also focus on preventive measures and lifestyle adjustments to support long-term wellness. Qualifications * A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field. A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is strongly preferred. * Current Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey is required. * At least 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is preferred. Preferred Experience * Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings with a strong understanding of manual therapy techniques. * Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and advanced rehabilitation technologies. * Certification in CPR and a strong commitment to ongoing professional education. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
