Banking Operations Manager

JCW is working with a commercial bank on a senior hire for a First Vice President, Operations Manager based in Connecticut. This is a high-impact leadership role owning day-to-day deposit, payments, and retail operations across a team with full accountability for compliance, process improvement, and digital transformation in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. What you'll bring: 5-10 years of bank operations experience, with strong knowledge of ACH, wire, payments, and deposit operations 5+ years in an operations management capacity Hands-on experience with core banking platforms and regulatory frameworks (BSA/AML, KYC, FDIC, FFIEC) Track record of building and developing back-office ops teams Experience managing vendor relationships and leading process and system improvement initiatives NCP, AAP, or APRP certification a plus If you're a banking ops leader who wants ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how a growing commercial bank runs reach out directly or apply below. #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
