Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, histories, and goals to create personalized treatment plans that promote healing and growth.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to help clients navigate their challenges and achieve their personal and relational goals.

• Document client progress accurately and promptly in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and organizational protocols.

• Engage in case consultations and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, to elevate the care provided and foster a comprehensive support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients typical of a community health setting. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
