Auto Refinance Loan Officer (Inside Sales)

North Austin, TX | Full-Time | In-Office
$17/hr Training + Uncapped Commission | Average ~$70K | Top Performers $200K+

Gravity Lending is growing our Loan Officer team in North Austin.

This is an inside sales role working with customers who have already applied to refinance their vehicle . You won't be cold calling random prospects—but you will be expected to pick up the phone, follow up consistently, overcome objections, and stay on top of your pipeline until the loan funds.

If you're competitive, coachable, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by performance-based income, this could be a strong fit.

What You'll Do

• Work warm auto-refinance applications from first conversation through funding
• Speak with customers by phone throughout the day to understand their goals and financial situation
• Present loan options clearly and confidently
• Navigate customer concerns, questions, and objections
• Follow up consistently on applications, documents, signatures, and lender requirements
• Manage an active pipeline without letting opportunities fall through the cracks
• Work with lenders and internal teams to move loans toward funding
• Build knowledge of auto finance, credit, underwriting, and lending guidelines
• Compete toward individual and team production goals

Compensation & Growth

During training:

• $17/hour while learning our process, systems, lenders, and sales approach

After training:

• $10/hour base + uncapped commission
• Average annual earnings around $70,000
• Strong performers can earn six figures
• Top Gravity Lending Loan Officers earn $200,000+

Your earnings are driven by your performance. There is no commission cap.

You Could Be a Great Fit If You...

• Have experience in inside sales, automotive, financial services, insurance, roofing, solar, wireless, logistics brokerage, merchant services, or other commission-driven sales
• Are comfortable spending a significant part of your day on the phone
• Don't give up after one unanswered call or one objection
• Can balance sales conversations with organization and follow-through
• Take coaching well and can apply feedback quickly
• Are motivated by goals, competition, and earning potential

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
