Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for US and Canada using UKG Manage compensation, taxes, deductions, benefits, and reconciliations Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies Handle year‑end reporting (T4s, W-2s) and regulatory filings Stay current on payroll best practices and tax law changes Process garnishments, taxes, and leave of absences Support audits and assist with additional payroll duties Desired Skills and Experience Payroll experience UKG proficiency Strong Microsoft Excel skills Equal Opportunity Employer Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
