The State of Minnesota is committed to equity and inclusion, and invests in employees by providing benefits, support resources, and training and development opportunities.To provide the assigned facilities with custodial services, assist building maintenance and assist ground staff with sidewalk snow removal.Minimum QualificationsBe knowledgeable in building safety and building custodial maintenance procedures.Know proper use of mechanical and physical plant equipment supporting building maintenance custodial and grounds keeping operations.Knowledge of state approved cleaning agents and the ability to properly and safely use and store.Participate in training activities so the best possible service is provided.Possess the ability to follow oral and written instructions as pertains to assigned duties and job performance.Possess a valid state driver's license.Ability to safely and effectively use grounds keeping equipment.Ability to use computer-based maintenance management systems.Possess the abilities to follow directions, to take criticism, to get along with coworkers and supervisors.
