What you'll do

• Guide homeowners by phone, text, and email - you're the calm, human voice on every deal
• Explain a brand-new financial product in plain, everyday language
• Get to the heart of what each customer actually needs, and be honest when we're not the right fit
• Walk people from first hello to funded, keeping it simple the whole way
• Leave every customer feeling informed, unpressured, and glad they called

Who you are

• Warm, genuinely curious, and a good listener
• Great on the phone and comfortable making numbers feel easy
• Honest and consultative - you'd rather lose a deal than oversell one
• Organized, self-motivated, and quick to learn
• Some background in sales, customer service, or financial services helps (mortgage experience is a plus, never required)
