The workweek is typically Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify their unique needs and challenges, followed by the development of customized treatment plans that cater to their goals.

• Providing therapeutic support through individual and group sessions, applying evidence-based techniques and methodologies such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that each individual receives personalized and effective care.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social service organizations, to form an integrated care approach that addresses all aspects of a client's health.

• Documenting all client interactions and interventions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Maintaining knowledge of the latest advancements in mental health services and participating in professional development opportunities to stay updated.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele consists of diverse individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
