Senior Business Development ExecutiveCOry is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive for a national 3rd-party fee-managed operator with a portfolio across both affordable and conventional housing, and a funded plan to double in size over the next five years. We're looking for someone who can step in and own client relationships at the highest level.Our client is a privately held, full-service multifamily operator with a diversified portfolio spanning conventional, affordable, HUD, and value-add assets nationally.Your Responsibilities As A Leader:Source, qualify, and pursue new third-party property management opportunities across multifamily asset classesOwn the full business development cycle from prospecting through proposal, presentation, and contract executionConduct property-level due diligence, including rent rolls, T12s, occupancy trends, lease structures, and operational performanceBuild polished pitch packages, market summaries, and client-facing presentationsPresent confidently to owners, asset managers, investors, brokers, lenders, and capital partnersBuild and maintain a targeted database of owners, brokers, lenders, and industry contactsCultivate long-term relationships to support a sustainable business development pipelineParticipate in monthly business development meetings and represent the firm in active marketsThe Skills & Experience You Possess:10+ years of multifamily real estate experience in property management, business development, acquisitions, asset management, or a related fieldProven ability to source new business, manage client relationships, and influence ownership-level decisionsStrong understanding of multifamily operations, property performance, and owner/investor prioritiesAbility to read and interpret rent rolls, T12s, occupancy trends, and financial performance dataExperience across conventional, affordable, HUD, Section 8, and B/C value-add communitiesWorking knowledge of multifamily debt structures and how financing impacts owner decision-makingPerks & Benefits You'll Receive:Competitive base salary commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonus tied to third-party management contracts securedSend your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io, and our team will reach out with next steps if selected.
