We are on a fast and controlled growth curve and are looking to build on our momentum with a high performer in the Business Development space. CultureSpace has quietly disrupted a legacy industry with a manufacturer-direct model, building a client roster that includes Enterprise, PepsiCo, Caterpillar, Valero, and Methodist along the way. We\'re expanding our Business Development leadership team in Houston, and we\'re looking for one person: someone who already moves comfortably among CRE brokers, architects, GCs, and C-suite decision-makers, and is ready to bring that network to a company built to win on trust, not just price. This is a market-facing role for someone who wants to build a personal brand backed by an institution\'s credibility, representing CultureSpace at the executive level with the partners and clients who already trust you.
