Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will provide seamless administrative support to financial advisors and contribute to client account management, communication, and service excellence. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Assist in weekly and annual business planning processes. Listen for client needs and suggest additional services. Support marketing activities, including event planning and execution. Handle account opening, transfers, and other transactions under advisor direction. Schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, and manage correspondence. Update SOPs and execute branch business plan. Use technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office. Skills & Qualifications Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Adaptability and strong conversational skills. Digital tool utilization and teamwork. Requirements Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via calls, email, and in-person interactions; develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams. Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the advisor’s direction; schedule appointments, prepare materials, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Technology: Strong computer literacy; willing to learn programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
