IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for end users and client environments in Savannah, Georgia. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex desktop, system, and network issues while delivering a high standard of service. The person in this role will handle escalated support needs, maintain core IT systems, and contribute to a stable and secure technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 3 technical support across multiple client environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to networking, systems, and infrastructureLead and execute IT installations and deployment projects (network, hardware, cloud, and security)Configure and maintain network infrastructure (switches, LAN/WAN, DNS)Manage and support VoIP systems and connectivity issuesAdminister and troubleshoot Active Directory environmentsSupport Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, user management)Maintain and support VMware / virtualized environmentsImplement and maintain IT security best practicesCollaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and support
