Outside Sales Representative – Hibu Year 1 total on-target earnings around $102,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 total on-target earnings ranging from $105,000-125,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! You will be responsible for selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. Additionally, you will: Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments. Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions from retaining your clients through strong account management. Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects. Build strong client relationships within a wide variety of industries, making each day different. Requirements to win as an Outside Sales Representative: Grit and relentless perseverance. Problem solver and relationship builder. Refuse to lose attitude every single day.
