Accounting & Operations ConsultantWe are seeking Accounting & Operations Consultants at the Staff through Manager level to support day-to-day accounting, finance, and operational activities onsite in Boca Raton, FL. Depending on experience level, consultants may provide hands-on accounting support or take ownership of key processes, deliverables, and team coordination. This is a 1099 contract opportunity.What You'll DoSupport day-to-day accounting and finance operationsPrepare and review account reconciliations and supporting schedulesSupport month-end close activities and financial reportingMaintain accurate financial records and supporting documentationAssist with operational accounting needs and resolve discrepanciesPartner with accounting, finance, and operations stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve processes and documentationAt more senior levels, take ownership of deliverables and provide guidance to team membersWhat We're Looking ForAccounting or finance experience at the Staff, Senior, or Manager levelStrong understanding of general accounting principles and processesExperience with month-end close and account reconciliationsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting or financial systemsAbility to manage priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively onsite in Boca Raton, FL
