Follow up on warm leads and sales opportunities to achieve your goals. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, services, and sales techniques. Serve as the local expert in your market, understanding customer needs and providing the right solutions. Educate customers on HVAC maintenance, energy efficiency, and sustainability while building long-term trust. Who We're Looking For Proven Sales Professional: You have a strong track record of sales success, can confidently close deals, and maintain a positive attitude. Highly Organized: You excel at managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident Presenting: You can confidently present solutions and build customer confidence. Outgoing & Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoy building relationships with customers. Local Knowledge & Expertise: Familiarity with local codes and residential home services is a plus.
