Responsibilities

• Define and evolve U.S. neurology external insight strategy with integrated advisory board planning and execution
• Establish structured field-insight model with thought leader liaison team to capture actionable customer and competitive intelligence
• Lead annual congress activation planning including sponsorship strategy, venue selection, and cross-functional execution
• Synthesize congress and advisory board learnings into decision-ready insights for franchise and indication strategy
• Manage insights and congress budgets, vendors, and agencies while ensuring accountability across workstreams

Requirements

• Experience leading external insight strategies and advisory board programs
• Demonstrated expertise in congress sponsorship strategy and activation planning
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and vendor management capabilities
• Ability to synthesize market research and field intelligence into strategic recommendations
• Leadership experience managing teams and multiple workstreams
• Neurology or life sciences marketing background preferred
