Inbound Account Representative

As an inbound account representative you will be working with businesses who expressed an interest in SpotOn’s solutions and are responsible for properly routing or promoting our full product suite with local business & restaurant owners to help take their businesses to the next level. We're looking for motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who are detail oriented, understand SMB's biggest challenges, and have the drive to make a significant impact in their local communities. Responsibilities: Be a representative for SpotOn by offering advanced technology to local business owners that will help run and grow their businesses. Qualify and route accounts to the correct destination based on the current structure of our teams. Ensure proper hand off and follow up on all merchants who inquire about our products. Sign up new local business owners and merchants in the event there is no dedicated sales team to support. Work closely with our extended Sales Support team to ensure proper implementation and onboarding. Qualifications: Research shows that women and members of underrepresented groups tend to apply to roles only when they check every box on a job description. We encourage you to apply if you meet the majority of qualifications and if this role is aligned with your career trajectory. 1 year of B2B sales experience with an emphasis on small business owners, merchants and restaurants. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to call, prospect and qualify businesses. Manage the client relationship in collaboration with our internal support teams to ensure the success & satisfaction. The ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations. Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable. At SpotOn, we put people above everything else. Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan. Offers will be reflective of the candidate’s location and experience. Commissions will be paid daily for new accounts signed plus bonuses earned for hardware and implementation, monthly production bonuses and customer retention.
