Role Description

The Operations Coordinator is a part-time, hourly, on-site role based in our Berkeley studio, with

potential to grow into a full-time position. This team member supports the day-to-day operational

execution of the studio, with an emphasis on plant inventory and event installation preparation.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with plant maintenance and care, tracking and updating

inventory records, supporting rack organization and inventory accuracy, and preparing plant lists

and materials for upcoming installs. The role also involves assisting with on-site layouts and

install preparation, supporting install execution during busier periods, and updating internal

documents, trackers, and systems. The Operations Coordinator communicates clearly and

proactively with the team on priorities, timelines, and any plant needs, shortages, or issues,

helping ensure smooth daily operations and install readiness.

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Part-time to start, with hours building around inventory and install needs; additional

hours available during busier install periods
