Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for commercial project oversight and execution
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones aligned with objectives
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and personnel actions for sales team
• Oversee expense compliance and administrative approvals for field managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year institution
• 10+ years pharmaceutical or medical sales industry experience
• 5+ years sales leadership experience
• Strong client communication and business acumen
• Cross-functional team collaboration capability
• Ability to travel and work at multiple office locations

Compensation: $180,000-$200,000 base annually
