About the Role

Our Sales & Operations Internship puts you on the front lines of a high-growth logistics and sales organization. You'll rotate through hands-on work in sales development, CRM data management, and day-to-day business operations, learning how a lead moves through a complex funnel and how a nationwide service platform actually runs.

Responsibilities

• Shadow & Learn: Sit in on live sales calls to learn objection handling and closing techniques from top performers.

• Top-of-Funnel Support: Help manage inbound leads via chat, text, and email so no prospect is left hanging.

• CRM & Data Mastery: Maintain high data integrity across our sales and operations systems, keeping our "Single Source of Truth" accurate.

• Lead Nurturing: Re-engage cold leads through creative follow-up campaigns and outreach.

• Operations Support: Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, and process tracking that keeps our nationwide network running smoothly.

• Process Optimization: Partner with Sales and Ops leadership on projects to evaluate and improve current scripts, workflows, and SOPs.Required Experience
