Role Description The Jr Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in La Verne, CA. In this role, the team member supports senior account executives by managing day-to-day client communications, preparing quotes and proposals, and tracking account activities. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM or other systems, assisting with follow-ups on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. The Jr Account Executive also helps resolve basic client inquiries, gathers feedback, and contributes to meeting account performance targets. This position offers opportunities to learn account management best practices and grow into expanded responsibilities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships. Basic sales or customer service experience, including comfort with outreach, follow-ups, and handling inquiries. Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, scheduling, and task tracking. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn CRM or similar tools. Ability to work on-site in La Verne, CA, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, reliability, and a professional, service-oriented mindset. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
