At Travelopia , we're looking for a Payroll & Reward Specialist to join our global Reward & Payroll team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services, supporting reward and benefits administration, and partnering with teams across multiple countries.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and reward activities for multiple countries.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support payroll operations across the UK, USA, and Canada .
• Administer employee benefits and reward programmes.
• Analyse payroll data and produce reports using Excel and ADP.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Support payroll-related projects and collaborate with global People teams.
• Respond to employee payroll and reward queries while delivering an excellent employee experience.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in Payroll & Reward .
• Hands-on experience with the ADP payroll platform (essential).
• Strong Excel skills, including working with large datasets and reporting. Experience supporting global payroll , particularly the UK, USA, and Canada .
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory compliance.
• Exposure to using AI tools in the workplace is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• A fast learner who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn—personality matters as much as technical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working UK business hours with flexibility to support global teams when required.
