Fulfillment Coordinator

Job Title: Fulfillment Coordinator Location: Riverdale, New Jersey Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $20.00 Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 7am-3:30pm Overview This position will start in assembly or material handling and then once perm, the main objective of the role will be to drive a box truck with materials from one company location to another, and back and forth. Responsibilities Drive company box truck and/or other vehicles in a safe and courteous manner according to schedule Pick up boxes of metal parts, load and unload into truck or other vehicle, ensuring proper handling and cleanliness Complete periodic vehicle maintenance and report any issues Prepare accident and incident reports as necessary Assemble metal parts using hands and basic tools efficiently Maintain accurate counts of assembled items and adhere to quality standards Learn and utilize the in-house work order control system Perform additional tasks as assigned Requirements Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Comfortable and competent driving a box truck High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient in using a tablet Basic Math Skills including measuring and calculator use Ability to understand basic engineering concepts and units of measure (pressure, length, flow rate, etc.) Good hand dexterity in fingers and wrists for assembling metal parts Fluent in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication Basic computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Excellent customer-service skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Eligible employees receive health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, and participation in a 401(k) plan.
