Estamos buscando un IT Risk and Control Analyst para una oportunidad de contratación directa en Puerto Rico dentro de la industria de viajes, transportación y turismo. Esta posición apoya la madurez del negocio mediante la mejora continua de procesos de cumplimiento, controles técnicos, políticas internas y dinámicas de riesgo de seguridad. Este rol es ideal para un profesional con experiencia en auditoría de IT, gestión de cambios, cumplimiento o sistemas de información que desee crecer en un ambiente colaborativo y orientado a mejores prácticas. La persona seleccionada trabajará de cerca con equipos técnicos, aplicaciones, operaciones y riesgo para fortalecer controles, apoyar auditorías y asegurar que las iniciativas de IT se implementen de forma documentada, controlada y alineada con las políticas internas. La oportunidad ofrece exposición a ambientes regulados, prácticas de ITIL, procesos de auditoría y colaboración interdepartamental. Key Responsibilities - Coordinar y ejecutar pruebas planificadas, documentar problemas identificados y dar seguimiento a su resolución conforme a las políticas de cambio.- Garantizar que los cambios de IT estén justificados, registrados, clasificados, documentados y probados en ambientes controlados.
- Realizar revisiones de controles generales de IT y controles de aplicaciones para sistemas de información simples y complejos.
- Monitorear riesgos de forma continua en sistemas empresariales, incluyendo aplicaciones, accesos físicos y actividad de usuarios.
- Apoyar la recopilación de documentación técnica para auditorías, revisiones de cumplimiento y remediación de hallazgos.
- Servir como enlace entre equipos de aplicaciones y equipos de riesgo para coordinar despliegues de soluciones nuevas o actualizadas. Compensation and Benefits - Salario anual: $50,000 a $60,000.
