Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with assigned clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, conducting individual therapy sessions through video conferencing or other virtual means.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement integrated care plans that address clients' unique needs, ensuring access to essential linked services.

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments to identify appropriate therapeutic interventions, coordinating further evaluations as necessary.

• Provide brief, focused treatment and recovery services, including crisis intervention when required, to stabilize clients in need.

• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of reports and data submissions.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to discussions aimed at enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

• Address safety concerns by identifying, preventing, and reporting unsafe situations, and adhere to all professional guidelines and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
