Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and developing personalized care plans.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions to help clients work through emotional and psychological challenges.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to establish comprehensive treatment plans that may include medical and therapeutic interventions.

• Implementing evidence-based screening techniques to assess clients' levels of distress and appropriateness for ongoing treatment.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communication with other service providers.

• Providing crisis intervention as needed, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all clients during acute mental health episodes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals experiencing significant emotional distress, including those in a detox center setting. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license recognized in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on mental health and addiction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
