Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments that delve into clients' emotional and mental health concerns while considering their strengths and resources.

• Deliver individualized therapy, as well as family and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans that incorporate set objectives, therapeutic interventions, and measurable goals aligned with each client’s unique situation.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, maintaining open lines of communication regarding each client's progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, designing safety plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups, promoting community and shared healing among clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical and legal standards, contributing to the evidence-based practices of our organization.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults who require emotional support due to chronic illnesses, terminal diagnoses, or the psychological stresses associated with end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
