Work Environment

This position is an on-site role, operating within our outpatient office from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will experience a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and physical therapy assistants (PTAs). Our facility is equipped with modern rehabilitation technology, enhancing our treatment capabilities and maximizing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with diverse orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions to identify their unique needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on patient progress, focusing on restoring function, reducing pain, and enhancing overall well-being.
• Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation promptly to comply with state and federal regulations.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises, self-care, and injury prevention strategies to empower them in their recovery process.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continued education, training opportunities, and mentorship programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a physical therapist at Senior Flex Therapy Center, you will primarily serve adult patients with a wide variety of conditions, ranging from sports-related injuries and post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain disorders. Your work will not only focus on physical recovery but also on educating patients about their conditions, empowering them to take an active role in their health.

Qualifications

• A valid California State Physical Therapy License is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate or Master's Degree from an accredited program is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
