Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders, ensuring accurate items and quantities Assemble presentable packages, including stickers, and free gifts Work with the team to ship packages via the appropriate carrier with correct postage Inventory and Restock Support Receive and count incoming product inventory Update inventory records and complete necessary paperwork Restock low-quantity items in the warehouse as needed Participate in regular cycle counts to support inventory accuracy General Warehouse Support Report inventory discrepancies, errors, or issues to the appropriate team members Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and efficient Participate in team-wide projects such as warehouse reorganization or expansion Qualifications Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate effectively to support team collaboration (80% verbal, 20% written) Ability to stand, walk, and move about for extended periods of time Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs Alignment with GGG's values: think critically, own it, be a team player, be kind, be clear, embrace change, and work hard Preferred Knowledge of small outdoor brands, ultralight gear, or the outdoor industry Personal experience with outdoor activities Experience using Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms Experience shipping with USPS, UPS, or FedEx Compensation, Benefits, and Scheduling $20.00/hour, paid electronically every other Friday Accrue paid time off at the rate of .075 hours per 1 hour worked Future eligibility for company sponsored 401(k) plan Staff discounts on GGG products $250 annual gear stipend for GGG products at retail price Industry pricing for many outdoor brands via Outdoor Prolink, IPA Collective, and ExpertVoice Discounted monthly membership at Minneapolis Bouldering Project Discount at Angry Catfish Bicycle Shop GGG works with individual employees to determine a consistent weekly schedule that meets both the employee’s and the business’s needs Garage Grown Gear is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
