A small, high-end, well-established Newport Beach residential real estate firm is looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate and experienced in marketing and social media to join our real estate team.
Our Marketing and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. You will strategize, execute, and manage a variety of ad and email campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, develop and execute all ads, and analyze ad performance results. We want a highly productive social media guru! A current CA Real Estate Salesman license is a requirement. Competitive salary + Percentage override on owner's sales. We offer a laid-back, fun, and creative environment. $4,000 monthly + Commission Override on Brokers Sales
Responsibilities:- Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers
- Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers
- Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective
- Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
- Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment
- Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
- Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
