About the role: This is an entry-level consulting role for individuals who want to learn fast, take ownership early, and make a tangible impact. As a Business Analyst, you will support both problem-solving and execution—from analyzing data and structuring problems to helping implement solutions on-site. You’ll work directly with client teams across the U.S. (and occasionally internationally), gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and real business challenges from day one. What You Will Do: Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance gaps and root causes Structure problems and support the development of actionable solutions Support on-site implementation of initiatives and track measurable results Build clear, executive-ready materials and dashboards Work closely with consultants, team leaders, and client stakeholders Contribute to project execution with a strong focus on quality and impact What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in engineering required (Industrial Engineering preferred) 0–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, operations, or related fields Exposure to manufacturing, industrial environments, or supply chain operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Basic knowledge of data analysis, financials, and business operations Strong communication skills (written and verbal) What Sets You Apart: Builder mindset with strong ownership and accountability Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude Comfortable operating in both analysis and execution Thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Work Model & Travel: Frequent travel (typically Monday–Friday) is required.
