Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and vigilant Unarmed Security Guard to protect our facility and staff. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through regular patrols of the property (every 15 minutes). Your proactive approach will ensure safety at all times while supporting our commitment to outstanding service. Responsibilities Monitor premises and detect suspicious activity. Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security issues or safety hazards. Respond promptly to incidents or disturbances with effective conflict management techniques. Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism activities. Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and security records accurately and promptly. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure safety. Drug free workplace; be able to pass random drug testing. Experience and Qualifications Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of surveillance and security protocols is preferred. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Reliable, punctual, dependable, and ethical. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security best practices.
