Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand the needs of each patient comprehensively.

• Develop individualized treatment plans through collaborative conversations with patients, tailoring strategies that reflect their specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, delivering CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in settings including individual counseling, couples therapy, family sessions, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, developing immediate responses and connecting patients with necessary resources in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
\n
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in line with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families, imparting essential knowledge and skills to enhance their understanding and management of mental health issues.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Assess treatment efficacy through ongoing evaluations, ensuring treatment plans are dynamic and adjusted based on patient progress and feedback.

• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in mental health to integrate current knowledge into your therapeutic practice effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• Must possess a current State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
