Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and strengths, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using reliable and evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices, personalized goals, and interventions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and school counselors, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, responding promptly to students' urgent needs.

• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, promoting mental wellness and stigma reduction in school communities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting a diverse clientele that primarily consists of school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. The LCSW will navigate various cultural backgrounds and work to engage students and families effectively in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Recovery Room Therapy & Wellness Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
