Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and defining appropriate interventions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a holistic and coordinated care approach for each student.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies and participate in risk assessments to create effective safety plans.

• Document all client interactions and treatment processes in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to promote peer support and learning.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range between USD 60,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
