Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand students’ emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each student's goals, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, effectively utilizing digital platforms to engage with clients and support their therapeutic journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed, ensuring students have the appropriate resources and support.

• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to student well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards, enhancing care continuity.

• Lead psychoeducational classes and support groups, creating a safe environment for peer support and education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting K-12 students who may be grappling with mental health challenges that impact their learning and social interactions. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

Compensation and Benefits\n
