Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand students' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that address the unique needs of each student.

• Engage in collaborative case management by working closely with teachers, school staff, and families to create an integrated care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties that impact their academic performance and daily functioning. You will work with a diverse client population, including students with special needs, trauma histories, and those requiring crisis intervention. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their mental health outcomes and overall school experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, with an active Washington State Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
