Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of students to identify their emotional, social, and academic support needs.

• Offer individual and group counseling sessions focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and coping strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling for students experiencing acute emotional distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse population of students and their families within the school systems our clinic services. This demographic includes children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, such as family disruptions, academic stress, mental health disorders, and socio-economic difficulties. By addressing these issues, the LCSW plays a vital role in enhancing students' academic and emotional success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
