Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about individual students' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Design and deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals and desired outcomes, while regularly revisiting and adjusting these plans based on progress.

• Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a coordinated approach to student care that enriches the educational experience.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring immediate support for students in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, utilizing both electronic health record systems and case management tools to track progress and outcomes.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups focused on key areas such as stress management, coping strategies, and building resilience among students.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
