Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with an established customer base, including: independent bakeries and donut shops, restaurants, casinos, and hospitality venues.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to ensure strong customer engagement and service
• Maintain high customer retention though consistent communication and reliability
• Identify and execute opportunities to grow existing accounts through expanded products and offerings and introduction of specialty and imported items.
• Develop and manage a structured territory schedule
• Coordinate with internal operations to ensure accurate ordering and delivery
• Track customer activity, opportunities, and account performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, Proven sales experience, preferably B2B or B2C, Excellent communication skills, Self-motivated and goal-oriented, Proficiency with CRM and sales software
