Cheeburger Cheeburger, located on Sanibel Island, is seeking a Server to join our fabulous team!

Job Summary:

Provide guests with a memorable experience that encourages return visits. Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service creating an exceptional dining and entertainment experience for all guests.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and timely service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Greet guests, present specials, answer menu questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system; deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond courteously to requests or concerns.
• Prepare and process guest checks, handle payments, and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations and dining areas, including pre-bussing and completing opening/closing side work.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations and assist others as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of department standards, resort amenities, and services.
• Adhere to all resort policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other non-traditional shifts as needed.
