Shift/Hours/Days: 1st shift, 7am-3:30pm Monday-Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble capacitor components and subassemblies according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, small power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections and basic testing procedures as required.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing instructions.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Package completed products for shipment or transfer to the next production stage.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
