Your Role

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory testscovering areas like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morewhile adhering to established guidelines.
• Evaluate results for precision, identify troubleshooting measures, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and the preparation of samples for analysis as needed.
• Meticulously document all processes, train new team members or students, and uphold laboratory quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe workplace by following regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hiring.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment duration.
