Key Responsibilities and Performance Standards:Invoice Processing: Enter vendor invoices, performing 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt).Production Goal: Process a minimum average of 300 invoices daily.Verification: Perform a minimum daily average of 500 data validations, balancing quantity and accuracy.Accuracy Standard: Maintain a <3% error rate overall for each task.Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve discrepancies, applying appropriate halt codes.B2B (EDI): Audit and process electronic invoices in accordance with company procedures.Credit Processing: Research and enter vendor credits in the system as per department standards.Communication: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution.
