Qualifications:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility
• Background or interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Experience in a school environment preferred, but open to early-career professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and intervention services to students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development

This contract role consists of a stable full-time schedule—5 days per week, 37.5 hours in total—allowing for meaningful student engagement while supporting work-life balance.
