Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology
• Prior experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention techniques for a range of speech and language disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs
• Commitment to professional collaboration in a school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students based on IEP or 504 plan requirements
• Assess, diagnose, and monitor speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
