You will work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment alongside internal teams and external partners, supporting accounting and bookkeeping firms through solution implementation and onboarding. Position Overview We are seeking a customer‑obsessed Implementation Specialist to deliver successful onboarding and solution outcomes for key accounting and bookkeeping customers using our proprietary platform ecosystem. This role focuses on understanding customer business needs, solving workflow and technical challenges, and guiding customers through structured implementation journeys. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple engagements while delivering consistent, high‑quality solution experiences.
