Modular Assembly

Cardinal Staffing is interviewing for Modular Assembly workers for a manufacturing facility in Fenton, MI. We're looking for candidates who are skilled builders and good with hands‑on projects that require the use of power tools and hand tools. An ideal candidate will be reliable with a good work history. Pay: $18.54/HR | Monday-Sunday, M-F 6am-4:30pm, overtime Sat & Sun 6am-2:30pm Job Description: Assemble walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, plastics, drywall and composites of multiple materials. Measure and arranges materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from Supervisor. Shape or cut materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws. Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects. Ensure the accuracy of work by checking completed projects with tools such as tape measures, levels, framing squares; corrects problems as needed. Fit and install windows and doors. Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: 1-3 years of related experience preferred HS Diploma/ GED Exceptional mechanical and technical skills. Ability to read measuring tape (Test Required) Uses mechanical skills to build industrial equipment. Ability to frequently walk, stand for extended periods (8-10 hours a day), balance, stoop, crouch, kneel, push, pull, twist, turn, and lift while performing functions of the position. Comfortable with cleaning and quality control. Comfortable with climbing ladders as needed. Able to lift 50 pounds.
