We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician Assistant to join us. What You'll Do Here:

• Assist veterinarians and licensed technicians during appointments, treatments, and surgeries
• Provide safe, confident, patient restraint for exams, diagnostics, and blood draws
• Prepare medications, perform lab tests, and help keep the clinic running smoothly
• Monitor and care for cat's staying in our boarding room
• Communicate clearly with pet owners in person, by phone, and through digital platforms
• Accurately document patient care (55–60 WPM typing required)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of recent veterinary assistant experience
• Strong animal handling skills and calm under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of medical terminology and preventative care
• Computer savvy; comfortable with technology (clinic software, medical records, and client communication platforms)

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18–$22/hour, pay based on experience

Schedule:

• Must be available Wednesday evenings until 8 pm
