What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and manage tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
• Prepare and review complex returns with a strong focus on quality and strategy
• Deliver proactive tax planning and advisory guidance to clients
• Build trusted relationships as a year-round advisor
• Mentor and develop staff accountants and seniors
• Help improve internal processes, workflow, and efficiencies
• Stay current on evolving federal and California tax law
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm

What You Bring

• Active CPA license preferred (or strong progress toward licensure)
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical knowledge in business and individual taxation
• Experience reviewing returns and managing deadlines
• Leadership ability with a collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Desire to grow with a progressive, quality-focused firm

Compensation & Benefits

$145,000–$190,000+ depending on experience
